Shipping & Delivery Policy

RiderConnect Cub provides services (events/experiences) and does not ship physical products as part of registration. Any merchandise, if offered, will include separate timelines and courier tracking.

Service Fulfilment

• Registration confirmation is delivered instantly by email/SMS.
• Event participation is fulfilled on the scheduled event dates at the announced start location.
• Event certificates are handed over at the finish or sent digitally within 7 days.

Merchandise (If Applicable)

If you purchase event merchandise, dispatch timelines and tracking details will be shared by email. Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days within India.
